Green Seeds: the inter-district schools challenge

Forty schools across six districts compete on improvement against their own baseline. Principals, teachers and eco-clubs see their school's score on WhatsApp each Monday, and the winning playbooks scale to the next phase — the path to all ±1,500 schools.
