Feltex manufacturing network

Every plant benchmarked for energy and water from the meter data already flowing at group level — MOL online meters for grid, PV, generators and gas. Shown here for twelve representative plants of the 19. Buildings carry voluntary EPC-principle benchmarks (with formal EPCs where G1 office buildings qualify); production energy is tracked separately as kWh per unit produced.

Qualifying instruction buildings receive SANEDI-registered compliance EPCs; nursery, aftercare and sports buildings get clearly labelled voluntary EPC-principle benchmarks — all from the same automatic pipeline, at group scale.

Green Seeds: the inter-plant cohort

Six plants across three provinces compete on improvement against their own baseline. Operators and site energy champions see their score on WhatsApp each Monday — the same discipline Feltex ran at Jacobs in 2012–14, now automatic — and winning playbooks roll out to the next cohort — the path to all 180+ campuses.
